It is a system for users to enable
prompt reaction by remote monitoring
hot spot of non-specific area using
wireless communication equipment, which
can send image and voice (including
data). As its function can be customized
upon user's requirement by adding remote
field and center equipment, the system
can be especially applied to the environment,
which is difficult to set wired communication
line cabling among the organizations,
that need remote video monitoring, like
Police Agency, Forest Agency, the Korea
Maritime and Port Authority, Korea Customs
Service, National Emergency and Management
